Dominical is a town strategically located between the cities of Quepos and Uvita, where the road from Perez Zeledon connects to the pacific coast highway.

It is a very popular tourist town, between the mouth of the Baru River, the beach, and the pacific coast highway, and is a short distance from internationally renowned Manuel Antonio and Marino Ballena National Parks.

It was a community of great importance for the development of a large sector of southeastern Costa Rica, serving as a hub for the transport of travelers and goods between the El General Valley and the city of Puntarenas during the age of colonization.

Although it is a small community of about 500 permanent residents, it offers a great appeal for investors and tourists attracted by its natural beauty, particularly by the splendid panorma and strong waves that delight surfers.

Dominical is a town in the Bahía Ballena district, Osa, one of the cantons with the greatest productive and tourist potential in the country, due to its excellent location, the quality of the soils and the extraordinary amount of wildlife.

Due to those privileged conditions that characterize it, the town of Dominical is projected to have a significant real estate boom, in an area of development in which Arkcon de Costa Rica has been doing business for many years.

We have qualified staff, special equipment and the required logistics to develop any project that may demand architectural, engineering, valuation and construction services.
