This building is about 3 apartments on the second level designed with the exposed materials of masonry blocks and concrete formwork columns. Due to the reduced space, it was decided to build the parking spaces on the ground level, which is accompanied by a commercial space facing the public street for the visitor’s preference. Area: 280 – 300 m²
