Ilía Villalobos Semenov

Bachelor in Civil Engineering, graduated with honors from the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and incorporated in the College of Engineers and Architects of Costa Rica in 2023. In addition, he has a diploma in Business Administration obtained at the Universidad Estatal a Distancia (UNED) in 2021.

Currently, he is writing a scientific article on seismic behavior of steel structures for the CEDEX magazine of Spain.
