Project Name: BM Supermarkets - Pérez Zeledón Daniel Flores
BM Supermarkets - Pérez Zeledón Daniel Flores
Floor area: 2,100–2,300 m²
This project involved the design and construction of a versatile industrial facility for BM Supermercados, located in Pérez Zeledón, specifically on Daniel Flores Street.
The building was developed under a flexible concept that allows for the optimization of space and adaptation to future commercial needs. Currently, it operates as a supermarket, meeting all functional, circulation, and storage requirements. However, its design also allows for a potential conversion to a wholesale format or distribution center, thanks to its structural configuration and spaciousness.
The construction solution incorporates efficient industrial systems, utilizing concrete pedestals with steel plates, I-beam sections, and thermopane wall panels, ensuring durability, rapid construction, and adequate thermal performance.
The final result is a modern, adaptable infrastructure aligned with the demands of Costa Rica’s growing commercial sector.
Below are actual photos of the completed project, showing the construction work, finishes, and functionality of the space in operation.
