BM Supermarkets – Pérez Zeledón Daniel Flores

The concept of BM supermarkets consists in the design of industrial buildings for the versatility to optimize spaces to foresee different uses in the future. As a first function it serves as a supermarket with all the conditions, the second could eventually become a wholesale storage of products. The main materials used are concrete pedestals with steel plates, steel beams in “I” section and thermopanel. Area: 2100 – 2300 m²
