Boston BM Supermarket – Pérez Zeledón

The Boston BM Supermarket, located in Pérez Zeledón and completed in 2019, is part of the BM Group’s commercial expansion in the southern region of the country. The project follows an optimized design model that has been implemented in other supermarkets in the chain, ensuring construction efficiency, operational consistency, and a uniform corporate image.

Structurally, a hybrid system is used that combines concrete pedestals with steel anchor plates, upon which a main structure of W-type beams is erected. This system ensures stability, rapid construction, and cost efficiency, aligning with the brand’s development standards.

The building envelope is constructed using thermal insulation panels (thermopanels), which help maintain comfortable indoor temperatures. This enhances the well-being of both customers and employees, as well as ensuring proper product preservation and presentation.

The project has established itself as a commercial landmark in its immediate surroundings, providing modern infrastructure and strengthening Supermercados BM’s presence in strategic regional markets.
